Chickpea and Carrot Patties

🥬🥕A Portuguese cuisine classic with a twist: we present our chickpea and carrot patties, 100% vegetarian. Our patties are served on a bed of vegetables: cucumber, bamboo shoots, mung beans, onion, and carrot.

Our patties have a very similar taste to hummus, pairing very well with bread or whole-grain toast.
